We hope you enjoyed all the musical selections this past week at our K-5 and 6-12 Spring Concerts. We are so proud of all the hard work and perseverance that our students put into their rehearsals for such an exciting event. We are thankful for the wonderful direction from Ms. Wood and Mr. Stammelman, the support of the staff and from all our families. Let's continue to help make our Fine Arts program grow here at Windsor.
Please come out to Mount Ascutney Resort patio on Saturday evening to view the Junior-Senior Prom Grand March, beginning at 6:30pm. We hope you can join us to cheer our students on and send them off to an evening of fun.

Elementary News
Wow what a big week here at Windsor School! A packed, standing room only spring concert, many field trips, and amazing assembly! Whew! Thank you for your support of our performing arts program! As I'm sure you know lots of hard work went into the show... Bravo Windsor vocalists!
Today we also had a super special assembly that highlights one of many, many strengths of our PK-12 learning community. Today we got treated to an original performance and capstone project by one of our our Windsor Seniors that highlighted his journey through school discovering his passion for music. And we got a dance party with glow sticks!
We are entering into the very busy spring season here at Windsor School! We have many, many things to look forward to as the weather starts to get nicer! We will keep you posted here and in class newsletters will all the goings on so stay tuned! .
Finding Our Stride here at Windsor School has begun! FOS is an Upper Valley based, free, after school running and fitness program. Program flyer with more info will be send home with you student next week!
We are always thrilled to see you all in the morning at drop off! We do ask however that parents remain in the lobby or outside for all drop offs, beginning of the day and those arriving later. If students need help getting to their classroom, school staff are happy to assist. Thank you all for your help with this!
An important note: The school day begins at 8. We have supervision on the playground and for indoor breakfast in the Elementary cafeteria/gym starting at 7:40am. Please remind your student(s) that if they are here at school between 7:40-8:00am they will need to be in one of these two supervised spaces. School dismissal is 2:30 Many thanks in advance for the support!
Middle School News
Also, middle school students keep their acting skills sharp by recently playing an improv game, The Principal's Office, where students have to work together to come up with their excuse for why they got in trouble. Some scenarios included stealing cookies from the kitchen and breaking their friends crayons.
Social Studies Projects - This week, Seventh Graders took the time to research their favorite company brand and learned how they make their famous products. These cool presentations included, Carhaart, Crocs, Uggs, Milwaukee, Maruchen Ramen, Donkey Kong, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, and so many more! Job well done!
Dress Code Reminder - When warmer weather arrives and seasons change, this is a good time to review our dress code protocol. Parent support in reviewing the expectations with your child is much appreciated. See below.
High School News
National Honor Society Induction - Save the date. Our National Honor Society Induction Ceremony will take place May 23th. It is scheduled to start at 8:00pm.
Parking
Please help your student if they are a driver they need to have their parking tag visible on the mirror. If they don’t have one they should see Wendy Moody to get one. Also help keep our parking lots safe and remind your student driver that the back row of the parking lot is a one way and you should go around to drive out through it to park.
Opportunities
Brownsville Base Camp is hiring a camp director and camp counselors. WHS students and recent grads are encouraged to apply. It looks like so much fun and a great summer job. https://www.brownsvillebasecamp.org
River Valley Community College Summer Opportunity
Eighth Graders and All High Schoolers, get ready to tackle TekTime at River Valley Community College. TekTime is fast, fun, and free! The program will be held Monday, June 24th through Thursday, June 27th from 9am to 12pm at our Claremont Campus. You’ll have the opportunity to build virtual machines, install and run various operating systems, access servers, as well as breakdown computer components and rebuild computers to get them functioning again. During break time you will have the opportunity to discuss gaming and play online games with your TekTime classmates.
